Heart of Palm Ceviche
A vegetarian twist on a classic Mexican dish; Ceviche. This ceviche recipe features heart of palm as the main ingredient and is loaded with flavor.
Vegetarian Ceviche Ingredients:
- Melissas Hearts of Palm, sliced
- Red onion
- Cilantro chopped
- Tomato
- Lime
- Ketchup
- Clamato
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients
- 18 oz hearts of palm
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 ea tomato diced
- 1 ea lime juiced
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 cups Clamato
- 1 ea cucumber diced
- 1 ea avocado diced
- 1 tb Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.
- Toss together and season.
- Refrigerate for approx. one hour and serve.
