Ingredients

  • 18 oz hearts of palm
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 ea tomato diced
  • 1 ea lime juiced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 3 cups Clamato
  • 1 ea cucumber diced
  • 1 ea avocado diced
  • 1 tb Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.
  • Toss together and season.
  • Refrigerate for approx. one hour and serve.
