- 18 oz hearts of palm
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 ea tomato diced
- 1 ea lime juiced
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 cups Clamato
- 1 ea cucumber diced
- 1 ea avocado diced
- 1 tb Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.
Toss together and season.
Refrigerate for approx. one hour and serve.
