Watermelon Mango Salsa
Much better than any jar salsa; tasty on chips to fish or chicken.
Mango Salsa Ingredients:
Watermelon
Mango
Bell Pepper (use Red pepper)
Red Onion
Cucumber
Jalapeño Pepper
Cilantro
Lime juice
Pico De Gallo Seasoning
Salt and pepper
Watermelon Mango Salsa
This Watermelon Mango Salsa is much better than any jar salsa! Super tasty with chips or on top of fish or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Watermelon Mini Red Seedless, diced
- 1 cup Mango diced
- ¼ cup Bell Pepper use Red pepper
- ¼ cup Red Onion diced
- ¼ cup Cucumber diced
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper minced
- ½ cup chopped Organic Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Don Enrique Pico De Gallo Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl toss all ingredients together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Don Enrique Pico De Gallo Seasoning.
- Refrigerate and serve.
Notes
Serve with chips as an appetizer. Also pairs well as a topping for fish or chicken. Add extra jalapeno if you like more heat.
